Feedback

We want to improve, and to do so, we need feedback from electricians.

When you complete an installation and transfer the household to the customer, a small feedback form will appear. It only takes 5 seconds, and we greatly appreciate all responses.

 

Spot Prices

We have also received several questions about why the spot price appears cheaper in our app. This is because we show the spot price excluding VAT, fees, or other surcharges (such as markups and grid tariffs).

This is now indicated in the spot price graph.

 


 

Change log

  • Added a feedback form for electricians at the end of the installation process.
  • Added text to the spot price graph to clarify that it does not include VAT and other fees.
