25.08.25 Zigbee Wireless Communication Update - Zigbee adapter v3.0.18

Release notes v3.0.18 (from version 2.12.18)

We are launching a major update to Zigbee support that delivers improved stability, faster inclusion, broader device support, and a number of long-requested bug fixes.

Highlights

Massive bug fixing – dozens of issues reported over the last 3 years have been resolved, including:

• more reliable RGB LED control
• more reliable dimming/level control
• fixed on/off state desynchronization
• more stable thermostat control
• removed redundant virtual meters for incompatible devices
• more precise value reporting, including negative temperatures
• Faster inclusion of devices, especially Aqara.
• Alarms/fault reports added (not all are visible in the app yet).
• Improved network stability through broader test coverage.
• Expanded device support – many Aqara devices (see list).
• New parameters for Futurehome thermostats (lock function and sensor configuration).
• Faster device responsiveness.
• Expanded support for popular devices, including Namron Edge thermostat and dimmer, Nimly Code, and more (see full list of tested devices from our customer base below).
• Increased capacity in the Zigbee network – up to 96 devices (experimental).
• OTA updates for a range of Namron devices (SKUs): 4512700, 4512708, 4512726, 4512733, 4512737, 4512738, 4512739, 4512750, 4512751, 4512760, 4512761, 4512767, 4512773.
• New device type: roller blinds (Ikea Fyrtur, Aqara, Namron, Tuya _TZE284_koxaopnk).
• A device list with products our customers have in their Futurehome system is provided below; devices not on the list are handled generically according to the Zigbee standard.
• New feature: auto-lock for generic locks.

Other improvements

Virtual meters are shown only for the correct devices. Improved inclusion and measurement values for more devices (including Aqara).
